Yulianto Nurmansyah is the founder and Managing Partner of Nurmansyah Advocates. Mr. Yulianto Nurmansyah was previously worked at Soemadipradja & Taher for Intellectual Property matters and technology, he also worked for K&K Advocates as a Litigation and Law Enforcement Partner and handled the complete range of contentious intellectual property matter and litigation. Afterward, Yulianto was involved in Sea Games 2013 as Accreditation Manager.  He is also having experiences as a Commissioner at PDPDE GAS and a Director at PT Buckingham Indonesia.

He has involved and participated in the socialization of the new regulation on behalf of software company. Mr. Yulianto Nurmansyah provided suggestions and opinions for the ratification of the existing laws in Indonesia.

Yulianto has represented client to provide input regarding the Indonesian Customs Office competency. He also highly experienced in handling Litigation and Enforcement.

Mr. Yulianto also has an extensive experience of more than 18 (eighteen) years in the field of intellectual property and litigation.

Achievement

Mr Yulianto Nurmansyah was recognized by Managing Intellectual Property as one of the IP Stars (2014 up to 2017). He is also a recommended Intellectual Property Enforcement Lawyers (Managing IP, Asian Law, Legal 500, and Asian IP) in 2013 up to 2019. Furthermore, he was also awarded Best Negotiator on BSA Pre-Dispute Resolution Case (Washington DC 2011).

Mr. Yulianto Nurmansyah is a licensed Advocate and registered IP Consultant. He is member of the Advisory Board of Indonesian IP Consultants Association (AKHKI). He also member of Indonesian Bar Association (Perhimpunan Advokat Indonesia – PERADI) and member of INTA.
